Food Feature: How to make a blueberry cobbler

Ingredients:
Blueberry mix:3 cups of
blueberries
½ cup of sugar
¼ teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of
melted butter
1 tablespoon of
lemon juice
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Dough:
1 tablespoon of baking
soda
3 tablespoon of
baking powder
6 tablespoons of
room temperature butter
¾ cup of water
3 tablespoons of
milk
1½ cups of flour
Directions:
2. Put clean blueberries, sugar, lemon juice, salt and butter in bowl.
3. Fold in gently.
4. Spread on the
bottom of a square pan.
5. Sprinkle cinnamon on
top.
6. Then, you must make
the dough: Put flour in one bowl.
7. Add baking powder and salt in one bowl, then add the butter to the mixture.
8. Add the water so the dough is soft.
9. Put the dough over the blueberry mixture and spread it on top.
9. Bake 35 minutes
and serve it.
Tip: Add ice cream,
cream or whipped cream with blueberries as a topping
