Ingredients:

8 large potatoes
2 Onions
½ pounds of Turkey
Dressing to your desired taste
2 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Flour
Oil

Directions:

Prepare your dressing.

Cook and slice up the turkey.

Peel and dice an onion. Remove any layers that have gone bad.

Peel the potatoes, slice them into eight pieces, and boil the potatoes on the stovetop with the lid on.

Check on the potatoes. If you can easily push through the potatoes with a fork, then they are done.

Drain the water from the boiled potatoes.

Mash the potatoes. Once mashed, add the butter and blend in with the potatoes.

Dice turkey. Add onions, turkey, and dressing on top.

Add the turkey, onion, and dressing mixture into the mashed potatoes and mix it all together.

Take a handful of the turkey, onion, dressing, and potato mixture and make it into a small cake.

Turn on the stovetop to medium heat.

Coat a pan with oil.

Cover the turkey cakes with flour and place each in a dish until all turkey cakes are made.

Place the turkey cakes onto the hot pan and sprinkle flour on top of each cake, if they seem to have lost some flour.

Once browned then flip over the turkey cakes and add more oil if needed.

Once both sides are fried then put the turkey cakes into a baking dish and put it in the oven to keep warm.

When all turkey cakes are ready, then serve the turkey cakes, on a plate and they will be ready to eat.

Tip: Add cranberry sauce and gravy while eating the turkey cakes.
