Ingredients for about 3 cups of whipped cream:
I decided to whip some cream to give this pie
another layer. Can you guess what kind of pie

1 cup (250 mL) 35% whipping cream

1-2 tbsps (15 mL) icing sugar


Directions:

Leave you beaters in the freezer overnight.

Put the cream in a large bowl, and take the beaters out of the freezer. It’s important that they are very cold.

Pour the cream in the large bowl.

When the cream gets fluffy add the icing sugar.

You will be finished when peaks form.

Top the pie with the whipped cream.

Cut into slices and enjoy!

 

Tip: To add flavour to the cream, add flavourings (such as vanilla or ginger) just before the cream is almost perfectly whipped.
