Food Features: Making BBQ Buns or Chinese Dumplings

Ingredients:

Steaming rack
Water - 3/4 cups
Bowl-shaped frying pan - Wok
Steamer lid with hole - Vented lid
Frozen BBQ Buns/Potstickers/Chinese Dumplings

Directions:

1. Do not defrost
2. Open up the BBQ Buns/Potstickers/Chinese Dumplings package 
3. Put you Wok on a stove top element and put the steaming rack inside
4. Pour water in the pan under the rack
5. Put the BBQ Buns/Potstickers/Dumplings on a rack
6. Cover with lid
7. Boil the water in the Wok, on the stove top, for 15 minutes

Bonus Tip: You can also boil the BBQ Buns/Potstickers/Chinese Dumplings in water
