Food Features: Making BBQ Buns or Chinese Dumplings

Ingredients:
Steaming rackWater - 3/4 cupsBowl-shaped frying pan - WokSteamer lid with hole - Vented lidFrozen BBQ Buns/Potstickers/Chinese Dumplings
Directions:
1. Do not defrost2. Open up the BBQ Buns/Potstickers/Chinese Dumplings package 3. Put you Wok on a stove top element and put the steaming rack inside4. Pour water in the pan under the rack5. Put the BBQ Buns/Potstickers/Dumplings on a rack6. Cover with lid7. Boil the water in the Wok, on the stove top, for 15 minutes
Bonus Tip: You can also boil the BBQ Buns/Potstickers/Chinese Dumplings in water
