Food Feature: How to make Honey Garlic Rib and Rice Dish

Ingredient:
2-3 lbs of spare
(side) ribs
350 ml Honey
garlic sauce
350 ml Water
All the Rice as
you desire
(Optional) Cherry
tomatoes
Directions:
1. Cut the ribs
into serving with 1 or 2 bones each.
2. Heat the skillet over medium-high heat.
3. In preheated skillet add the ribs.
4. Turn the ribs so the outside is seared. Do not cook the ribs.
5. Once seared on both sides, then put the ribs in a pot.
6. Pour the container of Honey garlic sauce into the pot.
7. Fill the sauce container with water and pour that into the pot too.
8. Slowly, cook the pot over low heat on the stove top.
9. Cover the pot and let it cook for 2 hours.
10. Just before it is ready to eat, make the rice.
11. Add the cooked rice to each plate, then add the ribs on top. Cover the ribs and rice with the sauce.

Tip: Add a few cherry
