Food Feature: How to make spicy meatballs

1/2 pound of Honey Garlic Pork Sausages
1 pound of Lean Ground Beef (Cook to 74C at 165F)
Canola Oil
Directions:
1. Make a shallow cut in sausage casing from top to bottom, with a clean knife
2. Peel the sausages and discard the casing
3. Mash the sausages (option to add diced onions*)
4. Once mashed, then add the beef. With your hands, blend two types of meat
5. Take a handful of the meat mixture and roll them into meatballs
6. Once all the meat has been rolled into a ball, wash your hands
7. Heat a pan on the stove and add canola oil
8. Fry the meatballs on medium heat
9. Once they are cooked through, add them to your spaghetti sauce
Tip: Option to add diced onions*
