Ingredients:
1 Smoked Seasoned
Pork Ham
2 Onions
24 Baby Carrots
12 Medium Russet
potatoes
1½ cup of water
Tin cooking pan to
serve four
Directions:

2. Soak the ham in
warm water and remove all the packaging.
3. Peel and chop the
potatoes into two or three pieces.
4. Put the ham and
potatoes in a baking pan and fill it with warm water.
5. Put the baking dish in the oven.
6. Peel and dice two
onions.
7. An hour before the
ham is ready, add baby carrots into the baking pan.
8. Half an hour
before it is baked, add the diced onions into the cooking pan.
Mom took the baked
ham out of the oven. It is time to cut the ham and serve. |
10. Removed the ham
from the oven when baked.
11. Peel off the ham’s
cap.
12. Slice the ham by
cutting halfway down the middle and then slicing it up.
13. The ham is ready
to be served with potatoes, carrots, and onions.
Tip: Keep the
leftover ham in a plastic bag on containers when it is cooled down in the
fridge.
