Directions:

1. Prune your Amaryllis so it will re-bloom
The flowers will fade in time.
Then, the flower should be pruned.

2. Remove each flower as it fades, don’t cut off the leaves

3. After a flower fades, clean your scissors

4. Use your scissors to prune the flower at the top of the stock

5. Without the flower, Amaryllis will grow leaves to help the plant next year, instead of a seed

6. Cut the stock 1-2 inches from the bulb

7. Continue to water and feed, your Amaryllis

8. Amaryllises are perennial and can re-bloom next year

Tip 1: After a few months repot the bulb using fresh peat or soil and water sparingly until the bulb begins to start growing a new flower again.

Tip 2: Put water in a bottle and leave it near the plant. Once water is room temperature, use it to water the flowers. (Both should be the same temperature.)
