Food Feature: How to make chocolate pudding

Ingredients for 1 serving:
2 oz of crushed chocolate (milk chocolate, bittersweet chocolate or dark chocolate)
¼ cup of milk
1tsp cornstarch
Pinch of salt
Pinch of sugar
1 tsp of artificial
vanilla flavor
Toppings are optionalDirections:
1. Crush chocolate into small pieces in a bowl
2. Mix
cornstarch in with the chocolate

3. Sprinkle
sugar and salt on top
4. Mix
artificial vanilla flavor in mixture
5. Gradually
add the milk while stirring
6. Microwave
for a short
interval
7. Take
it out stir the mixture, add more milk and repeat this step until the pudding
has thickened and is smooth
8. Chill
until you are ready to serve the pudding
9. Stir
the pudding before serving it with toppings of choice
Tip 1: Topping can
include sliced fruit, whip cream, M&Ms, Smarties, crumbled Kit Kat bars,
nuts, chocolate almonds, sprinkles, etc.
